Yari Infotech provides digital strategy, design, and engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

Unless otherwise agreed in a written SOW, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created specifically for a client will transfer to the client upon full payment of all related fees. Yari Infotech retains all rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies.

Payment terms are defined in the SOW. Typically, we require an upfront deposit before commencement of work. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional interest charges as permitted by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
